Terms and Conditions of Business
By accepting our quotation, and using our service’s you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Business.
We do not come back to collect payment after the service has been completed.
You are expected to pay within 7 days of the service. You can pay on the day by cash, card or cheque even if you have set up GoCardless. To guarantee payment within the stated time, please set up on our website to pay by GoCardless (Non Contract Direct Debit). You can also call the office to make payment over the phone.
If a non payment exceeds 14 days, we will add an additional £2 for late payment and every 7 days there after an additional £2, and if the balance continues to be unpaid for 30 days Frequency Cleaning reserves the right to suspend the service. If we cannot contact you by phone to collect the balance by card payment over the phone, we will send you a demand letter at a cost of £3, which will be added to your balance. If we then fail to receive monies owed within 60 days we reserve the right to pass on your details to a collection agency and you will then be liable for all related charges, collections fees and court related fees.
For your first clean only:
There is a one off charge to cover the additional time taken on the initial clean, this varies with house size and frequency of ongoing cleans, this will be explained when you receive a quote.
How often will we visit:
We offer the choice of every 6 or 12 weekly visits. We ask for some flexibility on time scales due to adverse weather and other factors of a week either side of the time due.
48 Hour Guarantee:
We guarantee all our work, and should you have an issue after the work has been completed, if you contact us within 48 hours of the service we will come back and rectify (contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email). We do not offer any form of credit.
If rain is too heavy, we will not clean your windows, however we do still work in light rain or short showers. Rain does not affect your window cleaning as we use purified water.
Turning us away the evening before a clean or on the day of a clean:
We will try to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate the customer being reliable too. We will make time and space in our schedule for you. If you recieve an automated reminder that we are coming the next day to provide access, and you contact us to advise that it's not convenient, way may not be able to replace your clean with another, we reserve the right if declining the clean without giving 48 hrs noticte to charge you the full price expected. On the day of the clean it is too late for us to replace your clean with another. We reserve the right if turning our team away at the door or cancelling on the day with our office, to charge you the full price expected.
If you are having building work carried out, please contact the office to let us know or drop us an email. We can suspend the service until works are completed.
Ending Our Services:
If for one reason or another you should wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by telephone on 07727200077 or by email to email@example.com. By using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable.
By using Frequency Cleaning for your chosen service, we may email you to inform you of various offers we are promoting. If you do not wish to receive any emails simply click on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following subject line “Please remove me from your mailing list”
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms of General Data Protection Regulation.
